AS3729-BWLT Overview
It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 16-UFBGA, WLCSP .For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.Applications targeting this power management include Handheld/Mobile Devices and others.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management runs on 2.5V~5.5V voltage.It is equipped with a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.
