AS3701B-BWLM-04 Overview
For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP .An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .There are a number of applications targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices .Ensure that the operating temperature of the power management ic is set to -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) in order to prevent malfunctions.The power management works at 2.7V ~ 5.5V voltage.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 26µA .Thare manage ics are based on - series.
