AS3701B-BWLT-00 Overview
The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.Among other applications, this power management targets Handheld/Mobile Devices .It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.For its operation, this power management requires 2.7V~5.5V voltage.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on a PCB or other board.It operates on a voltage of 26μA volts.
