It is acceptable to ship in the way of Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 36-UFBGA, WLCSP .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as Handheld/Mobile Devices, Solid State Drives (SSD) and others.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C TA to prevent malfunctions.The power management operates at a voltage of 2.7V~5.5V volts.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 110μA .
