AS3515D-ECTP Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 64-TFBGA package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. In terms of electronics, it is a 64-pin device. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. In order for the supply voltage to be maintained at 5.5V, it should be set to its maximum value. It is recommended that the supply voltage is maintained at 1V. As a precaution, the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. For normal operation, the operating temperature must be set at -20°C at least. A voltage supply of 6.8mA is used in order to operate it.
