AS3514-BRZ Overview
A 64-TFBGA package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic component is of the type Audio, allowing it to provide high-efficiency performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -20°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. The unit is integrated with 1 / 1 ADCs / DACs. 2.8V~3.6V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. A 2.8V~3.6V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. This device consists of a row of 64-pins. Supply voltage should never exceed 5.5V. At a minimum, the voltage should be kept at 1V. As long as the supply voltage is set to 20mA, it will operate normally.
