AS3514-T Overview
A 64-TFBGA package is provided to save space. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -20°C~85°C, it can operate normally. The board is integrated with 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs. A supply voltage of 2.8V~3.6V is applied to the analog circuit. A supply voltage of 2.8V~3.6V is applied to the digital circuit. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB.
