AM3894CCYG120 Overview


The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 1031-BFBGA, FCBGA. The packaging method Tray provides high reliability. Using AM3894 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1V. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. 1.2GHz is the CPU's frequency. Datasheets for 1031 pin functions can be found here. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. There are 1 cores in this CPU. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 1V power supply.
