AM3894CCYG120 Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 1031-BFBGA, FCBGA. The packaging method Tray provides high reliability. Using AM3894 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1V.
