AM3892CCYG135 Overview


Packed in 1031-BFBGA, FCBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~95°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features I2C, McASP, McBSP, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM3892. With a 1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. Please refer to the datasheets for 1031 pins functions. The supply voltage should not exceed 1.05V. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 32b-bit system. The micro processor can function from 3.3V. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 1V power supplies. The amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed 64kB. The CPU programs, transfers data by 64 I/Os. The CPU has memory sized 32kB. 7 counters are used to help tell how busy the CPU is. This embedded microprocessor is equipped with 3 UART (Universal Asynchro3us Receiver/Transmitter) channels
