AM3892BCYG120 Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 1031-BFBGA, FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Tray, high reliability is ensured. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. Understand how the operating temperature around 0°C~95°C TJ is determined. This is a member of the Sitara™ series. With a core count of ARM® Cortex®-A8, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers. With its I2C, McASP, McBSP, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. The CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V when it comes to I/O. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use AM3892 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 1V volts. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits. 1.2GHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. To learn about the functions of the pins 1031 please refer to their datasheets. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 16b bandwidth. The datasheet specifies that this CPU microprocessor requires 1V power supply. 1.05V is the CPU core voltage. A 64kB amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed. normal operation of the microprocessor should not require the device to be powered by a voltage higher than 1.05V. A voltage of 950mV is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. There are 64 input/output (I/O) channels on the CPU that transfer data. An indication of CPU load is provided by 7 counters.
