AM3715CBPA Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 515-WFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. SDRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM3715. Total terminations are 515. In the case of a 1.1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 800MHz Hz. For functions of 515 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 515 pins. A CPU with 1 cores. From 1.1V, the micro processor can be used. There is 1.8V voltage at the CPU core. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 64kB. The CPU can only be supplied with voltage up to 800mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 1.5V. There are 4 UART (Universal Asynchro4us Receiver/Transmitter) channels on this embedded microprocessor
