AM3703CBCD100 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. Sitara™ is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. It has SDRAM RAM controllers. A HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with AM3703. A total of 515 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.1V voltage supply. There are 32 bits in its architecture. 1GHz is the frequency of the CPU. 515 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 16b bandwidths. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 515 pins. There is only 1 core in this processor. Micro processors can be used from 1.1V. 1.8V is the voltage on the CPU core. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 64kB. 900mA voltage higher than 900mA can be supplied to the CPU. A voltage higher than 1.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. Its memory size is 32kB. The 16 counters help determine how busy the CPU is. The CPU microprocessor is equipped with 4 UART (Universal Asynchro4us Receiver/Transmitter) channels
