AM3703CBC Overview
With a packing size of 515-VFBGA, FCBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. CPUs have 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. A Sitara™ series item. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor is present in this CPU. The CPU contains SDRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. You can search for variants of a microprocessor with AM3703. As a whole, there are 515 terminations. A 1.1V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. At 800MHz, the CPU operates.
