ADMV1014ACCZ-R7 Overview


Based on the frequency of 24GHz~44GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-WFLGA Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.32 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 40-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.
