12.7GHz~15.4GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 32 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.
