2SC3902T NPN transistor was designed for use in high-speed switch circuits, DC-to-VHF amplifiers, and circuits for complementary. 2SC3902T transistor is a silicon-based NPN epitaxial plane transistor developed to handle small signals and general-purpose switching applications. 2SC3902T ON Semiconductor is suitable for high–speed switching circuits.
