2N5247 amplifier is an amplifier transistor. 2N5247 N-Channel amplifier is intended to be used as general-purpose amplifiers and switches that require high voltages. The ratings are the maximum thresholds that limit the usability of ON Semiconductor 2N5247 that could be compromised. The ratings are based upon the maximum junction temperature of 150??. This is a limit for steady-state operation.
