Z8S18020FEC00TR Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 80-BQFP for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured. A CPU with 1 Core 8-Bit cores and width 1 Core 8-Bit busses is used. Understand how the operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA is determined. This is a member of the Z180 series. With a core count of Z8S180, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses DRAM RAM controllers. With its ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. The CPU runs at 5.0V when it comes to I/O. 20MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. To learn about the functions of the pins 80 please refer to their datasheets. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. 5V is the CPU core voltage.
