XOMAP3530BCUS Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 423-LFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. The OMAP-35xx series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.0V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with OMAP3530. Total terminations are 423. In the case of a 1.8V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. CPUs operate at 600MHz Hz. For functions of 423 pins, please refer to the datasheets.
