RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 1.93GHz~1.99GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 4-SMD, No Lead package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.It must be below 95°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
