VLA513-01 Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-SIP Module, 6 Leads package is used.Bulk represents the package.Configuration is based on 1 drivers.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 14V~15V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -20°C~70°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 6 terminations.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.At the time of design, it is configured with 6 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 5A.The board has 8/6 component pins.
