The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 3.3V voltage capabilities can be used.8 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.It has 1 total function(s).For its operation, 53mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.A variety of 8 terminations are available.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
