TRF2443IPFP Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 140MHz~160MHz 280MHz~330MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 80-TQFP Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tray.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 80 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.80-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
