TMCS1108A3UQDR Overview
8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) packages are used for the safety protection of current sensors. In order to protect these current sensors from damage, they are packaged in the Cut Tape. They should be capable of supplying a maximum current of 6mA. Current sensors have been designed to measure 20 A current. When they are operated, the current sensors can provide 5 V voltage.
