TMCS1100A1QDRQ1 Overview
8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) packages are used for the safety protection of current sensors. In order to protect these current sensors from damage, they are packaged in the Cut Tape. They should be capable of supplying a maximum current of 6mA. Current sensors have been designed to measure +/- 46 A, 1 A to 96 A current. When they are operated, the current sensors can provide 5 V voltage.
