PNP 150°C TJ 300μA 1 Elements 3 Terminations SILICON TO-220-3 Tube Through Hole
Description
The TIP32C is a silicon Epitaxial-base PNP power transistor packaged in a Jedec TO-220 plastic packaging. It can be used for power switching or big signal amplification because to its high collector current of roughly 2A. Since 2A is not much more than a greater capacity, the transistor is best recognized for its high amplification capacity. It's designed for linear and switching applications with medium power. TIP31C is the complementary NPN type.

● 10 to 50 hFE DC Current Gain
● The collector current (IC) is 3A continuously.
● VCE stands for collector-emitter voltage is 100 V.
● The collector-base voltage (VCB) is 100V.
● The VBE (Voltage Base Emitter) is 5V.
● To-220 Package is available.
Applications
● Linear and switching industrial equipment
