TFPTL10L4700FL2B Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into Radial packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 70°C. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The PTC thermistors could supply 30V voltage when it operates. The thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW. The maximum voltage supplied by this thermistor should be 30V for reliable performance.
