TFPT0603L2700FV Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. Using PTC thermistors at -55°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. There must not be an increase in temperature above 150°C for this thermistor to work. It has a total of 2 pins. A PTC thermistor could supply 30V voltage when it is in operation. The PTC thermistors should emit 75mW heat. To ensure reliable performance, this thermistor should operate at a maximum voltage of 30V.
