The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 4-UFBGA, WLCSP package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.
