The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 361-TFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPDIF, SPI, UART, USB interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 2.5V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type.
