STM32MP153AAC3T Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 361-TFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There are 2 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. The STM32MP1 series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A7 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPDIF, SPI, UART, USB interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 2.5V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type.
