SP6203ER-L Overview
The Liner regulator IC is packaged in DFN case. On the Linear IC itself, there are 8 terminations. Adjustable, Fixed is the output type of the Voltage Regulator IC. There is one type of regulator for this device, which is ADJUSTABLE POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR. In order to meet the operation requirements, its maximal output current reaches 300mA. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 125°C. It is not possible to operate the chip below -40°C operating temperature.
