For RF Transceiver' mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.It uses the Tray package in order to optimize the performance of this RF Transceiver module.During the development of this RF Transceiver module, 16 terminations were made.Transceivers should be operated at -40°C~85°C temperature while operating.There is a high power Transceiver in this family that belongs to the SP1ML family.There is 1.8V~3.6V voltage limit on the RF Transceiver.A RF Transceiver Module operates at a frequency of 868MHz.There are many applications for this Transceiver , since it is Surface Mount mounted.
