In this RF modulator, the frequency is 2.4GHz.Due to the enhanced 28-SMD Module package, this RF IC is excellent .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 28 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 145mA.
