SI8518-C-ISR Overview
Safety measures are taken to protect the current sensors by putting them in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. For protection, these sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Current sensors should only output 7mA current. A current sensor's supply current should not exceed 7mA. If these current sensors are to function, their operating temperatures cannot be lower than -40°C. The current sensors should remain at 125°C for the maximum operating temperature.
