SI8503-C-GM Overview
The current sensors are put into 12-VFQFN packages for safety protection. These current sensors are packaged in the Tube to protect the devices from damage. The maximum current supplied by these current sensors should be 7mA. The current supplied by current sensors should not be higher than 7mA. The operating temperature must not be lower than -40°C to ensure these current sensors work. But the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C. The current for which the current sensors have been designed is 20A. There are 12 pins in this current sensor. The current sensors could supply 5.5V voltage when they operate.
