SI8513-C-ISR Overview
To ensure safety, current sensors are encapsulated in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. A protective Tape & Reel (TR) is placed over these current sensors in order to prevent damage to the devices. This current sensor should be able to provide a maximum current of 7mA. It is recommended that current sensors do not supply a current greater than 7mA. To ensure proper operation of these current sensors, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C. Current sensors, however, should be set to 125°C maximum operating temperature.
