SI8513-C-IS Overview
For safety purposes, the current sensors are housed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. Current sensors are packaged in Tube in order to avoid damage to the devices. A current sensor should provide a current no greater than 7mA. It is noted that the current sensors have a termination of 20. Current sensors have been designed to measure current at 20A. This current sensor features 20 pins. As a result of the current sensors operating, 5.5V voltage could be supplied. There is a possibility that these current sensors will supply a voltage of 3V while they are working. An electronic part with 20 pins is available.
