SI8513-C-GM Overview
In order to ensure safety, the current sensors are packaged in 12-VFQFN packages. In order to prevent damage to the devices, these current sensors are packaged in Tube. In these current sensors, the maximum output current should be 7mA. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 7mA. Current sensors must work at a temperature above -40°C. But the maximum operating temperature for current sensors should be set to 125°C. In this case, the current sensors were designed for 20A current. A current sensor has 12 pins. There is a possibility that the current sensors provide 5.5V voltage when they are working.
