SI8511-C-IS Overview
In order to ensure safety, the current sensors are packaged in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. In order to prevent damage to the devices, these current sensors are packaged in Tube. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 7mA. Currently, the sensors have 20 terminations. In this case, the current sensors were designed for 5A current. A current sensor has 20 pins. There is a possibility that the current sensors provide 5.5V voltage when they are working. It is possible to supply voltage of 3V when these current sensors are working. Electronic parts have 20 pins.
