SI8501-C-IM Overview
Safety measures are taken to protect the current sensors by putting them in 12-VFQFN packages. For protection, these sensors are packaged in the Tube. A current sensor's supply current should not exceed 7mA. Currently, the current sensors are terminated with 12. A 5A current sensor has been designed for a 5A current. Currently, this sensor has 12 pins. When operating, the sensors could supply 5.5V. As they work, these current sensors can supply voltages of 3V. In this electronic part, there are 12 pins.
