SB80C188EC13 Overview
Packed in 100-BFQFP, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 16-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. It comes from the i186 series. This CPU is cored with a 80C186 processor. This CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features Serial Communications Unit (SCU) interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 5.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 100 terminations totally. With a 5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 16-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 13MHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 100 pins functions. This CPU has a wide external data Bus width of 8. 100 pins are injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in many applications. The micro processor can function from 5V. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. The CPU core voltage is 5V. You can supply voltage 70mA higher than 70mA to the CPU. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 5.5V. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 4.5V.
