For RF Transceiver' mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.It uses the Bulk package in order to optimize the performance of this RF Transceiver module.Transceivers should be operated at -40°C~85°C temperature while operating.As the name implies, this RF Transceiver Module belongs to the FlexRF™ family.There is 3.3V voltage limit on the RF Transceiver.A RF Transceiver Module operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz.There are many applications for this Transceiver , since it is Surface Mount mounted.
