Surface Mount is used for RF Transceiver' mounting.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C ~ 95°C when the Transceiver is in operation.As a member of the Cinterion PLS63 family of RF Transceiver Modules, this part is prominent in many specifications.3V ~ 4.5V voltage can be supplied by the RF Transceiver.RF Transceiver Modules operate at 700MHz, 800MHz, 850MHz, 900MHz, 1.8GHz, 1.9GHz, 2.1GHz, 2.6GHz Hz.
