OV05642-A63A Overview
Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in 63-CSP3 packages. 2.8V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to protect them. There should be a dynamic range of 68 dB on the image sensor. It is specified that the image sensor has an optical format of 1/4 inch. Image sensors have 3 pins.
