OMAP3530ECUSA Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 423-LFBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. OMAP-35xx is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. It has LPDDR RAM controllers. A HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.0V. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with OMAP3530. A total of 423 terminations have been recorded. 600MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 423 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 423 pins. There is only 1 core in this processor. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. 1.35V is the voltage on the CPU core. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 64kB. A voltage higher than 1.35V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 985mV. Its memory size is 112kB. The CPU microprocessor is equipped with 3 UART (Universal Asynchro3us Receiver/Transmitter) channels
