OMAP3530ECUS72 Overview
With a packing size of 423-LFBGA, FCBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. The CPU contains LPDDR RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART. 1.8V 3.0V is the CPU's I/O address.
