NTCG164QF474JTDS Overview
NTC thermistors are packaged as a MouseReel. The 0603 (1608 Metric) package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C ~ 125°C to ensure reliable operation. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 100 mW. If the thermistors are operated at 40 uA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
