NTCC300E4203FT Overview
NTC thermistors are packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). The Die package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±1%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -55°C ~ 175°C to ensure reliable operation. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 50mW. If the thermistors are operated at 500 mA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
