NOIL2SM1300A-GDC Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 168-CPGA packages. A voltage of 2.5V 3.3V should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray for protection. Image sensors should have a dynamic range of 57 dB. The optical format of the image sensor is 1.4 inch. There are 168 pins on the image sensor. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 4.3V. There are 168 pins on these electronic components.
