NOII5FM1300A-QDC Overview
84-LCC packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. Image sensors should output 3V~4.5V. The Tray will protect these image sensors. Image sensors have 2/3 inch optical formats, as specified. A 84 pin image sensor is used. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 3.3V. A 84 pin can be found on these electronic components.
